Google Fi's official Referrals page says that when you join with a friend's referral code you both get a US$60 bill credit after you pay the first month's bill. Per the referral terms, you must activate a new full-service plan (data-only SIMs and members added to an existing group plan don't qualify) within 30 days of checkout, keep service active for 30 consecutive days and pay your first bill in full. The credit covers Fi service charges only, not phones, and isn't cash. Google Fi is US-only: you need to be a US resident aged 18+ with a US home address.

US only: Google Fi is only available in the United States. Per Google Fi's terms you must be a US resident aged 18+ with a US home address on your Google account and Google Payments (no P.O. boxes), and activate and mainly use the service in the US.
