GachaJP Guide: Japanese Card Pools Made for HK and Taiwan, Point Rules, the 14-Day Clock and HK Postage

GachaJP is an online card gacha from Tokyo's VicMe LLC, built for Hong Kong and Taiwan players, with Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Dragon Ball. We checked the official terms, legal notice and FAQ: cost per pull, paying, when points expire, postage to Hong Kong, the invite code and the risks.
Paid random packs and draws work like gambling or loot boxes: the outcome is down to chance and the expected value is usually below what you pay. 18+ only. Check your local law first, set a budget you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.
How does a GachaJP pull work?
GachaJP is online card gacha: buy points, pick a pool, then choose "pull 1, 10 or 100" and the system draws from the tickets left in that pool. The legal notice says each pool's rates move as tickets run out, and pool pages show how many pulls remain and the current rates.
Cards you win go to your "obtained" list. Within 14 days you can ask for them to be posted, or swap them for points at the platform's rate and pull again. The site runs in Traditional Chinese, Japanese and English.

GachaJP wins
- Openly built for HK and Taiwan players, with Hong Kong postage and delivery times all published.
- Takes WeChat Pay, so no credit card needed.
- Pool pages tell you how many pulls are left and the rates before you start.
GachaJP fails
- Points don't get refunded or cashed out; swapped points only buy more pulls.
- Free points (phone check, coupons, invite rewards) die after 6 months, and they get spent first.
- Pulls you don't post or swap within 14 days auto-convert to points.
Posting GachaJP cards to Hong Kong
Hong Kong is one of the places GachaJP's terms say it ships to. You pay postage in points: 2,500 points for 1–10 cards, plus 1,000 points for every 15 more. The legal notice says most orders go out within 2 weeks of the request and usually reach Hong Kong 3–14 days later; customs, import tax and clearance fees are the recipient's problem. Some features, shipping requests included, need a verified phone first.
What are the points-swap rules?
There's no cash buyback at GachaJP, only "point conversion": trade a card you won for points at the platform's rate and spend them in another pool. The FAQ says points aren't refunded or cashed out; bought points last forever, free points expire after 6 months, and points from swapping a card won with free points count as free points too. Once a pull result is locked, you can't cancel or get a refund for personal reasons.
